My first contact with this model was when I saw one rusty but charming one at my friend's, a brand enthusiast. It's a very rare model, he said. Produced only for the Swiss market, he added. One day it will be as good as new, that was his plan. I was jealous and took care of my own business. A few months later, Montana appeared in ads and I decided to have it. A quick phone call, booking a trip to Radom and he has it. I bought it from a man who normally deals with the renovation of classic Porsche 911s, to whom Montana came by accident. When he was buying one of his Porsches in Switzerland, he saw the above-mentioned copy in the garage, dusty and unused for a long time. It turned out that it had been with the owner since new, but due to its age, he had not used it for several years and, fortunately for me, he agreed to sell it. The Montana version is characterized by a body painted in white, including mirrors, side moldings, air intake grilles, and sills. It does not use wheel arch extensions to make it easier to move between snowdrifts. The interior is finished with grey painted wood and velour upholstery. The 300GE version with a three-litre in-line petrol engine with 170hp and an automatic gearbox is the ideal drive set allowing you to travel comfortably around the city on long routes and in the most difficult terrain, but more on that in a moment. The PUCH marking on the grill and steering wheel indicates that the car was manufactured for the Swiss market and adds a touch of collector's value to this model. Every time I close the door with a characteristic sound, I am transported to a perfectly tailored interior. Driving is pure pleasure and its appearance pleases my every glance. Returning to my favourite off-road fun, I did not dare to go off-road in my one, but my friend went on a few off-road trips before renovating his white arrow. Watching a 30 year old classic G enter and pass the toughest tests where the newest and most powerful cars were subjected was an incredible experience. The simplicity and quality of the Mededes G-class drive is legendary but seeing it live is highly recommended. Zmota Challenge 2024

So traditionally for many years adrenaline4x4 company organizes off-road events in beautiful areas of Sówalszczyzna. And traditionally we couldn't miss it. As every year organizers stood at the highest level and organized off-road tests with different levels of hardness placed in beautiful areas. Autumn cars added incredible beauty to our rides. Tests placed in beautiful ravines, beautifully changing leaves of trees and shrubs and what is not obvious at this time of year a beautiful sunny day. Unfortunately during the first day two of our brave cars broke down but thanks to quick organization and help of other crews we managed to set off on the route. Whenever I go back there Suwałki residents enchant me with their beauty. Hilly terrain with hidden small lakes, rivers crossing forests and meadows. Paradise for off-road and rest in the bosom of wild nature. Longer rides on gravel roads amidst forests turning all colors remain in memory for long days of dark winter. Local residents always welcome us warmly and their cuisine and homemade drinks warm the body after days full of excitement. After two days of off-road paradise, unfortunately, it was time to return to reality and roll home along smooth asphalt.

Black earth of Nidzica

The days are getting shorter, grey, dull, cold... Hey, long weekend, let's go somewhere. The word "departure" is said. My friend makes a few phone calls and here we are, we set off on a trip to the area of ​​Nidzica. I will honestly admit that I have driven through this area many times, rushing along the expressway to the Polish seaside, not paying attention to the beauty of the area. Only when you leave the main roads and pass small villages do you notice the beauty of the area. We meet Archie there, who will be our guide. The question is asked gently whether we are going to fight? There is only one answer. Into the wild, impassable, to fight and conquer something. The terrain does not disappoint us, beautiful crossings through forests on roads broken by large trucks with timber, marshes on which you feel like the surface on which you are driving floats on water. Dark, raven-colored peat soil heavily dampens even the most off-road tires. Ropes, winches, teamwork and we break through after dusk onto a paved road. A smile on my face was great. Rest in a beautifully situated guesthouse on the shores of a picturesque lake. Tomorrow morning we will go again to get lost...
